Terms and Conditions and KRiT LAB Terms

Sidst opdateret: 2. oktober 2026

1. Om KRiT

These Terms and Conditions and KRiT LAB Terms apply between:

KRiT
CVR: 43518135
Follingsvej 101
9200 Aalborg SV
Denmark
E-mail: een@krit.dk
Website: KRiT.dk

and the person or business using KRiT.dk or KRiT LAB, or making a purchase from KRiT.

These terms apply to, among other things:

  • almindelige webshopvarer
  • customised KRiT products
  • KRiT LAB-designs
  • AI generation and remixing
  • AI-credits
  • public sharing of designs and prompts

2. Prices and payment

All prices intended for private consumers are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Payment can be made using the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa and Mastercard through KRiT’s payment solution.

For standard physical goods, payment is generally only taken when the goods are dispatched.

For goods made specifically to the customer’s individual design or other personal specifications, KRiT may require payment when production starts or when the order is placed, provided that:

  1. there is an objective justification for advance payment, and
  2. the customer clearly agrees to this before purchasing.

Digital services and AI credits may be supplied and paid for in accordance with the rules set out in the section on AI credits.

Once the purchase is complete, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation.

3. Delivery

Current delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Custom-made KRiT LAB products may take longer to deliver because the design needs to be converted into a production label and the item is made individually.

KRiT will contact the customer in the event of significant delays, where relevant.

4. Right to cancel purchases of standard goods

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase.

This period normally starts on the day you receive the goods.

You must notify KRiT that you wish to cancel your purchase before this period expires. The goods must then be returned within the applicable return period.

Simply refusing delivery or failing to collect the goods is not sufficient.

You generally pay the return costs yourself.

You may inspect the goods in the same way as you would normally be able to in a physical shop. If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, a documented reduction in value may be deducted from your refund.

5. Custom-made KRiT LAB products

A KRiT LAB product may be made based on the customer’s:

  • individuelle AI-design
  • personlige prompt
  • uploaded logo or artwork
  • personlige tekst
  • remix
  • other individual design specification

Where this means the goods are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, they may be exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

It will be made clear before the order is placed when the customer is purchasing such an individually custom-made product.

Standard choices such as size, colour or a standard variant are not necessarily sufficient in themselves to make an item custom-made.

Statutory rights in respect of faulty goods still apply to custom-made products.

6. KRiT LAB – mockup and production label

A design shown in KRiT LAB or AI Designer is generally a digital design visualisation or mockup.

On purchase, the selected design is converted into a production label suited to the specific:

  • size
  • flaskevariant
  • PURE/PRO-formulering
  • colour
  • ingrediensinformation
  • sikkerhedstekst
  • labeldimension

The production label may therefore differ slightly from the mockup in areas including:

  • placering af tekst
  • typografi
  • marginer
  • cropping
  • obligatoriske produktinformationer
  • ingredienser
  • sikkerhedsoplysninger
  • QR-koder
  • printtekniske tilpasninger
  • colour reproduction

The physical product variant ordered and the approved product information always take precedence over any text that may have been reproduced incorrectly in an AI-generated mockup.

KRiT may make necessary technical adjustments, provided that the design’s overall visual character is not materially altered.

7. Uploaded material and the customer’s responsibility

When you upload:

  • logo
  • artwork
  • fotografier
  • illustrationer
  • tekst
  • grafik
  • trademarks
  • images of people
  • andet materiale

you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the use you are asking KRiT to make of the material.

You must not knowingly upload or order material that infringes a third party’s:

  • ophavsret
  • trademark rights
  • designrettigheder
  • personlighedsrettigheder
  • billedrettigheder
  • privacy
  • other intellectual property or personal rights

KRiT may require evidence of rights or consent and may reject or halt a design or order if there is reasonable doubt about the rights involved.

These terms do not affect KRiT’s general rights under applicable Danish law.

8. Third-party brands, characters and works

KRiT LAB must not be used without the relevant permission to copy or imitate, for example:

  • tredjepartslogoer
  • kommercielle brands
  • kendte figurer
  • film, game or comic universes
  • works of art
  • beskyttet emballagedesign
  • distinctive trademarks
  • beskyttede illustrationer
  • other identifiable third-party works

This also applies where the material is intended to be reproduced in an altered, stylised or AI-generated form.

Generic visual styles such as cyberpunk, graffiti, racing, Nordic fantasy, gothic, kawaii or similar may be used where the specific result is original and does not copy a particular protected work or brand.

KRiT may reject prompts or designs that, in KRiT’s assessment, pose a significant risk of infringing rights.

9. Real people and consent

An image in which a real person is identifiable may only be used in KRiT LAB where the user has a lawful basis for that use.

If the person is not the user themselves, KRiT’s platform rules generally require the user to have that person’s express permission for:

  • upload
  • AI-bearbejdning
  • publication, where relevant
  • reproduction on a physical product

This also applies to friends, family members, former partners, athletes, influencers, celebrities and other public figures.

The fact that an image is already available on social media or elsewhere on the internet does not in itself mean it may be used commercially on a KRiT product.

Lawfully licensed stock material may be used within the terms of the relevant licence.

KRiT may require evidence of consent or a licence.

10. People under 18

Material featuring people under 18 is subject to particularly strict restrictions.

Sexual, pornographic or sexualised material featuring or depicting people under 18 is strictly prohibited.

This also applies to synthetic, manipulated and AI-generated material that must be treated as equivalent to such material.

Identifiable minors must not be used as the main subject of a commercial KRiT LAB design without verifiable permission from the relevant person with parental responsibility or guardian.

KRiT may reject material featuring minors, even where consent has been given, if the use is considered inappropriate or unnecessary.

11. Nudity and sexual content

KRiT LAB is not a platform for adult or sexual content.

The following are not permitted:

  • nudity
  • pornografisk materiale
  • seksuelt eksplicit indhold
  • intimate images
  • seksualiserede fremstillinger af virkelige personer
  • seksuelle deepfakes
  • fetishindhold
  • material created for the purpose of sexual abuse or humiliation

This also applies to material that may be lawful to possess or publish elsewhere.

As a private platform, KRiT may have stricter content rules than the minimum requirements imposed by law.

12. Manipulated images and deepfakes

KRiT LAB must not be used to create or share misleading, abusive or sexually manipulated material depicting a real person without that person’s permission.

KRiT may block the production or public display of such material without notice.

If the content may be illegal, it may be handled under KRiT’s procedure for reporting illegal content.

13. Andre forbudte designs

KRiT may also reject or remove content that:

  • er ulovligt
  • threatens or harasses others
  • incites violence
  • contains seriously hateful or discriminatory material
  • exploits or abuses other people
  • deliberately attempts to circumvent KRiT’s safety or moderation systems
  • is reasonably considered unsuitable for production or public display by KRiT

14. KRiT’s rights

The KRiT name, KRiT’s logos, graphic elements, bottle design, label masters, product templates, software, platform and other material belonging to KRiT remain KRiT’s property.

Using KRiT LAB does not give the user ownership of KRiT’s:

  • trademarks
  • masterlabels
  • tekniske produktionsskabeloner
  • platformkode
  • produktdesign
  • other existing intellectual property rights

Purchasing a custom design grants only the usage rights arising from the order and these terms.

15. Rights to the user’s own material

The user retains the rights they already hold to their own original uploaded material.

By uploading material, the user grants KRiT a limited, non-exclusive right to process it to the extent necessary to:

  • drive KRiT LAB
  • generate the requested design
  • gemme brugerens designhistorik
  • fremstille en bestilt vare
  • provide the agreed service

This provision does not grant KRiT a general right to use the user’s private material in advertising or external marketing.

Such use requires a separate legal basis or consent.

16. Publication in KRiT LAB

Designs are private by default.

A design only becomes public in KRiT LAB when the user actively chooses to publish it.

By publishing a design, the user grants KRiT a non-exclusive right to:

  • vise designet i KRiT LAB
  • display the published prompt
  • display the user’s chosen creator name
  • display likes, remix relationships and relevant community information
  • teknisk behandle indholdet for at drive tjenesten

The user may subsequently hide the design from KRiT LAB.

Technical copies, order data and information that KRiT is obliged or entitled to retain may continue to be stored in accordance with applicable rules.

17. Remix-licens

Publication and permission to remix are two separate choices.

A public design may only be remixed by other users if the creator has actively selected Tillad remix.

By selecting this option, the creator grants other KRiT LAB users a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to do the following within KRiT LAB:

  • use the published design as a visual starting point
  • use the shared prompt
  • create a new KRiT LAB version
  • purchase the new version as a KRiT product

The remix licence does not automatically give other users the right to:

  • use the material outside KRiT LAB
  • sell design files to third parties
  • register elements of the original as their own trademarks
  • use third-party material to which the original user did not hold the rights

If remix permission is subsequently disabled, no new remixes can be created.

Remixes lawfully created while permission was active may remain in the system unless removed due to infringement of rights, illegal content or another substantial reason.

18. AI-genererede designs

AI systems may produce different or similar results from the same or similar input.

KRiT therefore does not guarantee:

  • that an AI output is protected by copyright
  • that the user acquires exclusive copyright to the entire output
  • that a result will never resemble another AI result
  • that every generation is automatically free of third-party rights

Users must not knowingly use AI Designer to copy material they do not have the right to use.

KRiT uses technical and manual measures to reduce the risk of problematic content, but this does not guarantee that every potential conflict of rights will be detected automatically.

19. Tvister mellem KRiT LAB-brugere

If a user believes that another user has:

  • copied their design without permission
  • remixed a design without permission
  • genbrugt ophavsretligt materiale
  • used their image without consent
  • infringed other rights

the content may be reported to KRiT.

KRiT may temporarily hide the disputed design while the matter is investigated.

KRiT may take into account, among other things:

  • oprettelsestidspunkt
  • design-ID
  • original prompt
  • remixrelationer
  • uploadhistorik
  • publiceringstidspunkt
  • recorded consents
  • dokumentation fremlagt af parterne

KRiT makes a platform-level decision on whether the content may remain available on KRiT LAB.

KRiT does not act as a court and does not make a final determination of ownership under civil law between the parties.

20. Reporting illegal content and infringements of rights

A person or business may report a specific KRiT LAB design if they believe it is illegal or infringes their rights.

As far as possible, the report must include:

  1. precise identification of the design, such as its design ID or URL
  2. an explanation of why the content is considered illegal or infringing
  3. the right being asserted
  4. relevant dokumentation
  5. a name and electronic contact details, where it is relevant and lawful to require these
  6. a statement that, to the best of the reporting party’s knowledge and belief, the information is accurate and complete

Reports may be submitted electronically using KRiT’s reporting function or contact channel.

KRiT handles reports promptly, objectively and on a case-by-case basis.

KRiT may, among other things:

  • lade indholdet forblive online
  • midlertidigt skjule indholdet
  • deaktivere offentlig adgang
  • deaktivere remix
  • stoppe en produktionsordre
  • fjerne designet
  • restrict an account in the event of serious or repeated breaches

Where relevant, the affected user will be informed of the reason for a restriction and the opportunity to submit information relating to the case.

21. Content requiring urgent action or of a particularly serious nature

KRiT may act immediately without prior notice where material is reasonably considered to involve:

  • sexual material involving minors
  • trusler mod personer
  • serious breaches of privacy
  • non-consensual intimate images
  • seksuelle deepfakes
  • other manifestly illegal activity

KRiT may retain relevant technical information to the extent necessary or required under applicable law.

22. Moderation and account restrictions

KRiT may moderate designs before or after publication or production.

In the event of a breach, KRiT may, for example:

  • afvise generationen
  • afvise produktion
  • skjule designet
  • deaktivere remix
  • fjerne indhold
  • give en advarsel
  • temporarily restrict KRiT LAB features
  • suspend access in the event of serious or repeated breaches

Where possible, action taken will be proportionate to the nature of the breach.

23. Sletning af brugerdesigns

Users may delete their own designs from their active design overview.

If a design is not linked to an order or another necessary record, it may be deleted entirely in accordance with applicable rules.

If the design already forms part of:

  • a completed order
  • en produktionsfil
  • documentation relating to a dispute over rights
  • accounting records or supporting documentation

KRiT may retain necessary information to the extent that this is lawful and necessary.

A deleted design must no longer be available for publication or use in new remixes.

24. AI-credits

AI credits are used for AI generations or other features clearly identified as consuming credits.

Credits:

  • have no cash value
  • cannot be transferred between users unless KRiT expressly offers this option
  • cannot be redeemed for cash
  • are consumed when a relevant AI generation is completed

Free credits cannot be refunded.

For purchased credits, the checkout process must clearly state if the digital service is supplied immediately.

If the law requires specific consent to begin digital delivery before the cancellation period expires and to the consequences this has for the right to cancel, that consent will be obtained separately.

If the conditions for losing the right to cancel are not met, the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights apply.

25. Returns and refunds

Goods that may lawfully be returned should be sent to:

KRiT
Follingsvej 101
9200 Aalborg SV
Denmark

Include your order number and relevant contact details.

Where the right to cancel is validly exercised, KRiT will refund the amount to which the customer is entitled under applicable law using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

For physical goods, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or the customer has provided proof of return.

Where the right to cancel is validly exercised, the original cost of the cheapest standard delivery option will also be refunded in accordance with applicable rules. Any additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer will not necessarily be refunded.

26. Reklamationsret

Consumer purchases of physical goods are covered by a 24-month statutory right to claim for defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Statutory rights in respect of faulty goods may cover, among other things:

  • fejl ved produktets indhold
  • defekt emballage
  • a faulty dispensing mechanism or closure
  • forkert produktvariant
  • fejlproduktion
  • a significant defect in the custom label produced

Statutory rights in respect of faulty goods do not cover ordinary consumption, normal wear and tear or faults caused by incorrect use.

The fact that a custom-made item is exempt from the right to cancel does not remove statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

Contact KRiT as soon as possible and, if you can, include a photo or video of the fault.

27. Liability and breaches by users

These terms do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

KRiT does not impose general or unlimited liability on the consumer for all third-party claims.

If a user intentionally or negligently uses material they did not have the right to use, the general Danish rules on liability and compensation apply.

KRiT may pursue documented claims to the extent permitted under applicable law.

28. Klager

If a consumer and KRiT cannot resolve a dispute concerning a purchase, the consumer may explore the option of submitting a complaint through:

Nævnenes Hus / Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager
Toldboden 2
8800 Viborg

via the applicable online complaints portal.

29. Governing law and courts

Agreements with KRiT are governed by Danish law.

This does not limit the mandatory rights a consumer has under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Disputes will be settled by the competent court in accordance with the general rules.
